Alumni Mathew Varghese presents a dividing world of diminishing international cooperation. He also outlines perceptions of the Federation at the highest UN levels. Mathew has just retired as an Executive Director in the UN Secretary General’s Office. He has also been a USG with IFRC, and a Senior Policy Adviser to the World Bank.
